General Returns (In-Store & Online)
- You have 30 days from the purchase date to return items.
- Returns after 30 days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Please call us to receive an RMA#, which are not required for returns.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email if we have approved the return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please do not return the package as “Return to Sender”. A new shipping label must be purchased by the customer.
- Use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance for items over $75. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
